Due to the personal-use and hygienic nature of body oils, body mists, soaps, and related products, certain opened, used, sampled, or unsealed products may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers should not return a product without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

12. Gift Cards and Store Credit
